Economic Model

The American Center for Cures, through the passage of bipartisan legislation will once

and for all, bring together the 5 pillars critical to any truly successful visionary mission;

full funding, proven dynamic leadership, the appropriate business model,

ACCOUNTABILITY, and a sense of urgency.

Residing in the private sector without typical governmental regulatory intervention, the

16 units charged with preventing and or curing the major diseases of our generation are

poised to change the lives of ALL AMERICANS, rich or poor, Republican or Democrat,

regardless of ethnicity or gender.

Demand passage from your legislative representatives, and the White House. President

Trump and his team have proven in short order that they can achieve common sense

goals in record time. Think of how all of our lives will change with the establishment of

the ACC, which will also dramatically reduce the deficit.

The economic model…

The ACC will be funded by the sale of bonds by the Treasury. $125 billion a year for 6

years. The interest will be paid annually; Year 1: $6 billion. Year 2: $12 billion. Year 3:

$18 billion, etc. Revenues offsetting the costs will initially come from licensing fees from

pharma for all compounds the ACC develops that are NOT preventative or curative. The

big win financially that materially impacts the deficit while impacting EVERY American

family are the cures we achieve. For example, a Diabetes cure which seems to be the

most likely FIRST achievement would save the federal government $500 billion dollars

a year and GROWING‼‼ In addition to that side effects of Diabetes include but are not

limited to heart disease, vascular (amputations), blindness , kidney disease, and

hypertension. The aggregate annual savings based on government data would be

significantly higher than $500 billion, approaching $750 billion a year.
